The i22x is a benchtop, multi-functional AOI tool for visual inspection and traceability, especially for small precision parts.

Its three precision axes (four on the i22XDA-300) are easily controlled via mouse. A 5 megapixel camera paired with lighting style of your choice and an optional easy-to-operate 360° rotary table deliver excellent results when it checks solder joints, wrong components, polarity,  label presence/absence, text, barcodes or numerical IDs on parts and detects color differences.
