Handheld & Portable UV LED Irradiators

For inspection, repair, and curing work in across industries

While many of our other area and spot lights can be configured to be more portable, these six models in particular are easily handheld, stand-mounted, and potentially battery powered, indoor or out. They can easily run off of a 24V power supply or AC via an AC adapter as needed. Several are designed to be attached to hand yokes for magnetic and florescent particle inspection.

And, to top it all off, most have extremely competitive prices, perfect for entry-level or general purpose applications.

UVA 45x90 for UV Bonding of car repair

Launched in 2019, this unit is light weight at just 1.4kg. Easy to operate with AC power adapter. but also optional for most commercial battery-driven set


It’s available with wavelengths of 365, 375, 385, 395, or 405, with the option to mix wavelengths. We also offer an optional stationary stand attachment.

Common applications:

  • Curing UV bonding and UV primer and paints especially in the auto repair industry

Our Adjustable LED UV Light for Hand Yoke and Magnetic Particle Inspection

The UVT3-100H and its handy clamp make it a flexible light for many inspection applications. Most commonly, it’s attached to a hand yoke to act as both a black and white light in magnetic particle inspection. It highlights the fluorescent particles in your powder wet-mix to help identify flaws more easily.

With an instant on/off switch and no warm up times, these UV LEDs get to work immediately. And with a lens that can toggled via a simple button, you can alter the range and intensity of your light between 3,000μW / c㎡ and 6,000μW / c㎡.

UVT1-Kensa -DISCONTINUED!

The UVT1-Kensa is a versatile spot irradiator designed to easily switch between handheld and stationary work as needed. Like our other LEDs, it turns on and off instantly - allowing you to get to work immediately. It also features both ultraviolet and visible white light, which can be selected simply with a button.

Its lens also toggles between 2 ranges/strengths with the push of a button. It can operate in wide range mode (100mm diameter work area, 3,000μW / c㎡, WD = 200mm), or spot mode ( 6,000μW / c㎡, WD = 380mm).

UVT20 & UVT40 Handheld/Stationary UV LEDs

The UVT20 comes in two models - the UVT20, and the larger UVT40x40. Both models are high strength and offer high uniformity. They are also often configured with a black light for inspection purposes. With a compact, lightweight build, they are flexible and can be used either handheld or stationary.
