Our Larger Nitrogen-Using Lead-Free Soldering Machine

Like the RF-460, the RF-560 is a reflow soldering machine that uses IR, hot air convection, and nitrogen (N2) for its basic heating. However, unlike the small size of the RF-460, the RF-560 is substantially larger. This medium-sized table-top reflow machine has a heating section with 6 zones. With its innovative use of IR, hot air, and nitrogen, it is able to meet the various requirements for lead-free soldering. The precise and stable temperature profile that lead-free soldering necessitates is no problem for this machine.
